At Pure Cleaning we’re committed to do our part in the fight against COVID-19. Therefore, we have took several actions in order to provide a safe environment for both staff and customers from the novel Coronavirus. If you wish to know more about our COVID-19 policies and modification of services, read below.
Excellent hygiene is a key element in the fight against COVID-19. In respect with the public health directive, Pure Cleaning is engaged to respect the hygiene etiquette recommended by the government. Therefore all Pure Cleaning staff are committed to:
1. Maintain exceptional hand hygiene.
All staff have been provided with hand sanitizer and have been trained on how to wash their hands properly for a minimum of 20 second in respect with NSW guidelines. Staff are to wash their hands when arriving and leaving any premises when at work.
2. Cover nose and mouth.
All our staff have been provided with tissue. Staff are to cover their nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing with tissue or their flexed elbow. They will then disposed properly of the tissue (if applicable) and perform hand hygiene procedures again.
3. Adopt physical distancing with customers and limit contact with coworkers.
(For more information on our policies in that regard, read " Pure Cleaning Modifications of services" below.)
4. Stay home if they show sickness symptoms or have been in contact with a confirmed covid-19 case.
The public Health Authorities has implemented social distancing measures in order to slow the spread of the novel Coronavirus. These measures enforced everyone to keep 1.5 metres distance from each other.
Pure cleaning has therefore adopted a no-handshaking policy with customers and staff are asked to respect the 1.5 m distance from customers to the best of their capacity. We are asking our customers to be understanding and to help us ensuring the respect of these measures for everyone safety.
Pure cleaning have also adopted social distancing within it’s team. To do so, we had to adapt our ways of managing and delivering our services. We have reduced physical staff interactions within our company by installing team shift arrangements and transferring all communication to online platforms . If any of our employees is to experience sick-like symptoms, they are committed to not show up to work. A different team will be covering their services until it is safe for them to return to work, ensuring no disruption in our services for our customers.
Pure Cleaning is now adopting a Covid-19 focus in it’s general cleaning services. We are insuring that regularly touched items such as door knobs, elevator buttons, etc., gets a particular attention insuring they are properly disinfected and sanitized each time in additions of our previous services.
In accordance with the national COVID-19 safe workplace principles provided by safe work Australia. Pure cleaning is recognizing that the COVID-19 pandemic is a public health emergency.
